Leadership Team
Jay Walther - President
Jay has been in the home building industry since 1996 and has managed full operations for national and regional home builders; providing homes for more than 5,000 satisfied customers. Prior to '96 Jay worked on 'Wall Street' as an equity analyst on the buy-side and built spec homes in rural Vermont. He has a great deal of experience in the overall planning, coordination, acquisition and management of residential communities. He has a keen sense of how to bring a neighborhood together in a very pleasing manner for home owners.
Community Involvement: Served on the HBA Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Fountain sub-Committee, ad hoc PPRBD committees and the Loveland Construction Council. Jay is also a class 'C' license holder.
Nick Kachel – VP of Construction
Nick is a professional construction manager with over 17 years of experience within the Pikes Peak region. Class ’C’ license holder with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department. Proven manager and team builder for 7 communities and multiple construction managers. Great customer relation skills, and committed to providing high customer satisfaction. Member of the National Association of Home Builders.
Dzelal Hrustanovic – Sales Manager
Dzelal has been in the Home Building industry since 1999. His strength is helping his clients find the perfect home for their needs as well as help walk them through the financial aspect of buying a home. He has previous experience in the lending process and prior to joining the Reunion team Dzelal worked with several national builders and managed his own brokerage firm.
He has won National Rookie of the Year, which is a National Housing and Building Award.
