This Reunion Homes energy efficiency program ensures that your new home in Colorado Springs not only meets but exceeds Energy Star guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Our homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the International Residential Code, and include additional energy-saving features that typically make them up to 35% more efficient than other builder’s homes. In fact our homes are performing 20-25% better than the current Energy Star standards and 35-40% better than current code requirements!
