Your Energy Efficient Reunion Home saves.

Reunion homes is very proud to be a builder of high performance Energy Star homes. To earn the ENERGY STAR certification, a home must meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. These homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the International Residential Code, and include additional energy-saving features that typically make them up to 35% more efficient than other builder’s homes. In fact our homes are performing 20-25% better than the current Energy Star standards and 35-40% better than current code requirements!

We also utilize Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) certified floor systems. That means the lumber used in the framing of the subfloor systems in your new home is certified to credible sustainable forestry standards.
